Rolled at character creation. Family Rerolls are bought with Essence in the shop. A wipe keeps the family. A Locked Family Name Reroll artifact is also described as an untradable reroll.

Clover is the leveling buff if the fourth line is XP-related. Anchor is the physical package, Morningstar the magic package, and Chrono the Time package. Epic names add a magic-specific damage line plus a smaller extra.
